The candidate must be fully conversant with repairing & servicing the current range of HP Designjet’s &/or LaserJet’s. The ability to diagnose, pre-qualify and rectify faults using the appropriate knowledge, tools and equipment to a high degree of competency. The ability to work unsupervised and have excellent customer facing skills are essential. Key skills Thorough Designjet &/or LaserJet knowledge. Excellent client facing skills. Locations: We currently are looking for additional support cover in the following 5 locations: Bristol-Gloucester-Swansea; Brighton-Hastings-Margate; Exmouth-Plymouth-Falmouth; Lincoln-Peterborough-Leicester and Wales.

Engineering Sales Co-ordinator

This job is busy and involved. You'll need to have an unflappable personality and be used to working to tight deadlines. You'll be sending out repair estimates, closing down the sale, organising the engineer to attend site, shipping out parts, undertaking parts tracking, as well as parts ordering/management + more. Your key role is to grow the engineering side of the business so you'll need to be results-focused and have a track record with great customer service skills.
