The colour touchscreen enables intuitive operation and allows you to select and print projects using the touchscreen. The Print preview feature eliminates error and waste - allowing you to save time, money, ink and paper. Finally, you can print directly from your computer or USB drive, without installing any drivers. This web connected printer is also easy to update - software updates occur automatically every six months
Delivers rich dark blacks, true neutral greys and vibrant colours
This machine is capable of delivering rich dark blacks, true neutral greys, vibrant colours and fine, detailed lines for highly accurate drawings with HP original Vivid inks. The inks available for this machine are HP No. 72 130ml inks in Photo Black, Grey, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Matte Black. The 300ml Matte Black ink (HP No. 726) may also be used with this machine, thereby allowing unattended printing. The printheads can be purchased as 'dual colour printheads packs' i.e Photo black and Grey, Cyan and Magenta, Yellow and Matte Black.
High speed printing
Small teams accomplish more in less time, with fast set up times - including the ability to print without opening any applications. Fast speeds enable you to print up to A1 (D-sized) prints in 28 seconds with Econmode. You can also print TIFF and JPEG files directly from your USB thumb drive - no computer required. With the PostScript option you'll also have the added ability to print PDF files directly from your USB and you'll find printing complex files easy when using the optional 160GB memory.
ePrint and Share
The Designjet T795 gives you the ability to print from the web directly using your touchscreen via ePrint and Share. With HP ePrint and Share you will also be able to print to any HP Designjet printer and share, access and print files. Finally, you can print directly from your computer or USB drive, without installing any drivers and print from your tablet or smartphone.
Designjet T795 PostScript (PS) Option
The PostScript option allows you to easily process complex files, create portable document formats (PDF's), automate manual processes, support PostScript, PDF, TIFF and JPEG files - accommodating large, complex files and multiple graphic design applications, and create emulations of HP Professional PANTONE colours. This helps speed up the printing process by giving you the ability to queue and print PDF files without ever opening the file and be able to count upon your largest PDF and PostScript files to travel swiftly over the network without complication. For example, unlike the non-postscript model you will be able to select and send 10 x PDF files to the printer and have them print without ever viewing them. This can be a real time saving attribute if you deal with a lot of PDF files over an average working week - and the additional cost at the outset is outweighed by future long term time-saving benefits
