Our all inclusive next day response break-fix contracts provide cover for all callouts, engineering labour and parts (including maintenance kit parts) with optional annual service visits. (Note: all printers must be in good working order prior to going onto a Support Contract)
• Regular maintenance visits – we can schedule engineering visits to maintain your printers and to carry out a regular service, clean, inspection and recalibration of your printers to reduce breakdowns and to keep your printers in optimal running order (ideal if you have no support contract in place – or if you wish to supplement your current support cover)
