What are the consumables for the DesignJet 1055 series? |

| We can supply the machine with or without consumables at your preference. | |||
How are consumables billed? |
|||
| New
consumables supplied will be billed at our standard
rate less 5% discount for rental customers. For customers wishing to pay on a percentage use basis, ink consumed will be billed at £0.35 per ml /ink no additional charge is made for print head use. Any paper supplied will be billed at our standard published prices less 5% discount. |

What if the machine develops a fault? |

| We will repair or replace the equipment free of charge. | |||

Is training provided? |

| If required we can provide on-site training on the DesignJet, this is provided as standard if an installation is booked; this is a billable service, so please ask for a quotation. The training will cover operation of the DesignJet; it will not cover training on any design software you are operating. | |||
Will you setup & install the machine? |

| If
required we can provide on-site setup, this is a billable service, so please
ask for a quotation. Equipment can be pre-configured for your network prior to shipping free of charge if requested. |

Who is responsible for returning the machine? |
|||
| Any
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, if you choose to
collect/deliver the DesignJet via your own carrier you should ensure adequate
insurance as goods in transit are then your responsibility. |

Is there a limit on use or any penalty charges for page count? |
