Thanks to your engineer, who spent most of Friday afternoon taking apart our HP Designjet Z6100, cleaning each part and putting it all back again for its yearly service. He had his work cut out for him as the machine had missed its previous service the year before. He also noticed that the belt was worn and replaced it there and then which saved us the hassle of another call out later on in the year. He then had to look at the HP Designjet 800 which thankfully he had cleaned the previous year, so was not in such a mess as the Designjet Z6100. Many thanks for a job well done.
