The Designjet is fantastic, would not hesitate to recommend to the small architect/surveying office. We were using a very old OCE before, so this was slow and costly to run, the Designjet is quick and so far is performing very well.

I have a HP plotter which I was about to smash into little pieces. I dubiously phoned Resolution, received my quote, which I was surprised was quite low and expected it to go up once the engineer took one look at the antique. I decided to go for it and booked an engineer. Still thinking this was going to be a waste of their time and my money. I was wrong. It took the engineer an hour to fix and clean it, there was a small charge for a part that needed replacing, but apart from that the quote was correct. I now have an old plotter that prints like new!! Great Job. Many Thanks.

Service offered by ‘Resolution GB’ was exemplary, from first contact to supply of product. Product is exactly as described, great design, material and build quality. Many colour options to choose from. Not available anywhere else at this time. I can recommend this HP Designjet Dust Cover, ‘new to market product’ to any company or anyone who owns a plotter because dust is a real hindrance for plotters/printers and this product will provide protection throughout the life of the equipment. A nice addition I was not expecting is the card pocket on the outside of the cover that holds a service schedule card. Very pleased with product and will buy from again

I finally got round to unpacking the HP Plotter cover! The cover fits really well, easy to put on and take off, lightweight and folds down for storage when the plotter is in use. Service record pocket and card is handy too. The 2GB USB stick is a welcome nice touch. Plotter paper is perfect for my use too.

Fantastic service and advice, new printer installed within 10 days and old one removed. Hassle-free, couldn't ask for more.

We didn't have a service contract on our DesignJet 5500 and HP wanted a lot of money for a call out. The printer decided to stop feeding paper in correctly. We found Resolution via Google and tried them. Staff were friendly and helpful on the phone and an engineer came out really quickly. Our printer is now fully operational at a fraction of the cost we thought it would take and we'd be very happy to recommend them and use them again! Thanks very much!

After struggling to get our beleaguered old plotter fixed with another company for weeks and weeks, your team managed to quote, supply parts and send an engineer to fix the problem in a matter of days.
