The engineer turned up, and diagnosed and fixed the problem before I had even made him a cup of coffee, he then replaced the parts and serviced the printer which took him the best part of an hour so you know he did a great job, he was funny friendly and professional and I look forward to another printer breaking again soon, purely so we can phone him out. He has even advised us of a networking bottleneck slowing our plotter down, which our IT department will be dealing with later today.
