What a great representative for your company the engineer was. Excellent communication, excellent knowledge & and all round great ambassador for the Company. I would not hesitate to use Resolution in the future should my printer develop a fault. After having my fingers ( & wallet) burned previously by a so called HP engineer, understandably I was reticent about having to contact a service provider again, but as it transpired, my hesitation was unfounded, once I dealt with a reputable and professional company. I have given a 4 for the time taken to resolve my problem for the only point that it took 2 visits to resolve. Having said that the problem I was experiencing was something that "HP Support?"had not dealt with- or even followed the support ticket up, by a call back.
