The new plotter is superb, and the installation is very basic and took a matter of 1hr to build and install.

Great service. Informative, quick, competitively priced and true to their word. You delivered exactly what you said you would. The Designjet is fantastic, would not hesitate to recommend to the small architect/surveying office. We were using a very old OCE before, so this was slow and costly to run, the Designjet is quick and so far is performing very well.

Delivery was good and set up was straight forward. Build quality is excellent and the print quality and speed meets with my requirements perfectly.

Excellent service from Resolution GB. I was kept in the loop at all times by the Engineering Co-ordinator and the service received by the Engineer was outstanding. Not only did he arrive a day early, he also spotted and rectified a problem we didn’t know about! Would definitely use these guys again! 

I just wanted to say a very big thank you to your wonderful engineer from the New Forest who talked me through solving a printing problem with my HP Designjet 450c. He was so patient, clear & helpful and had a sense of humour too! The Printer is running well now. It is 20 years old, but still works so well and a bit of a clean up of the nozzles and cartridges sure did the trick.

Very quick from the date the call/quote was raised to the parts being shipped and an engineer follow visit, all in a few days, could not fault that whatsoever.
