Can I receive a copy of my invoice/statement by post?

Unfortunately we're not geared up to do this.  We are a paperless office and part of our business terms are that you agree to receive all invoices by email.  You can then print off the emailed invoice for your own accounts purposes. For those customers requiring a hard copy invoice please note that we are happy to assist, however a small charge will be made to cover the cost of a member of staff having to drive to the nearest post office to post the required correspondence - the charge covers the stamp, envelope, mileage and employee time off site. 

I don't think I've received my goods?

Please contact us urgently so that we can follow up with the couriers and obtain confirmation of when/if they were delivered and signed for

Please contact us regarding any queries.  Don't forget that if you have purchased a repair, all repairs costs are estimated at the outset and the final bill is adjusted based on engineers actual time on site + parts/consumables supplied

I'd like to make a BACS payment, but I can't find your bank details?

All of our BACS details are shown at the bottom of every invoice or pro forma invoice - please contact us to discuss

What are your debit or credit card charges?

There is no charge for debit card payments, but credit cards attract a 2.5% surcharge (noting that American Express has a 4% surcharge)
