Resolution GB Limited (trading as HP Plotter) are HP Designjet large format printer and Laserjet printer repair specialists. We offer printer and plotter service and repairs UK-wide. We also supply spare parts and maintenance kits - as well as providing other services such as printer removals, printer set-up and installations, staff training and printer upgrades.
Our repair estimates detail the likely repair costs in full - including possible replacement parts. We will also tell you at the outset if a machine is not economical to repair (when known). We attend with parts most likely required to resolve the fault and as such over 95% of our Designjet calls are repaired on our initial visit.
We are the UK leaders for HP Designjet repairs - and are recognised by HP with numerous titles which change over the years - such as Designjet Elite Club Partner, Designjet Value GOLD Specialist, HP Preferred Partner, HP DesignJet Partner. We offer a 'One Stop Shop' to give you the best possible all-round solution for all of your HP Designjet requirements. All of our engineers are fully HP trained and qualified and we are experts in the field. There are some who charge more - and some who charge less - but few can touch our expertise, customer service and ability to get you up and running as quickly with the minimum of fuss. We prefer to remove the stress from customers - it's part of our job.
