Designjet Support Contracts
Whether you call them HP Designjet Support Contracts, Maintenance Contracts, Annual Support or Care Packs, they all boil down to the same thing.
A Support Contract will provide you a fast repair response, for a period of between 1-5 years, on all of your HP printer equipment.
We offer 3 types of Support Contract currently (Compare):
- HP Plotter's own Standard contract - covering you for all callouts, engineering labour and parts
- HP Plotter's own Support Plus Contract - covering you for all callouts, engineering labour, annual service and parts
- Various HP Carepack's - covering you for all callouts, engineering labour and parts (annual servicing is not included) providing a 4 hour response, same day response or next working day response
Our own contracts are cheaper than HP Carepacks, but HP offer a faster response (at a premium). By comparison we offer a Next Working Day response (where we ship parts as soon as we receive your call so that the engineer can attend with the right parts to get you up and running). We have a high 98% average for closing all calls logged with us by 'next working day'.
