The engineer turned up, and diagnosed and fixed the problem before I had even made him a cup of coffee, he then replaced the parts and serviced the printer which took him the best part of an hour so you know he did a great job, he was funny friendly and professional and I look forward to another printer breaking again soon, purely so we can phone him out. Many thanks to all parties involved.

My son needed the plotter for his degree at Oxford Brookes, as they have on-going building work and printing facilities there were very restricted. This plotter hire enabled him to print overnight, no sleep for me or him! As he also works full-time. All paid off as he has just got his results and got a 1st Class Honours Degree in Architecture. I was stepping out on my own and one of the first steps was to approach you to discuss my potential plotter needs now and the future. You gave advice and pointed me in the direction of the HP T520. I really appreciated the links to the You Tube videos and I am glad I took the advice about the magnetic screwdriver. You delivered on time and everything so far has been hassle free. I have already recommended you to an ex-colleague. In a modern world it is nice to know that despite all the rush, you had time to deal with me as an individual. Well done

The new plotter is superb, and the installation is very basic and took a matter of 1hr to build and install.
Your guy was very helpful and talked through any questions that we had. His advice was sound and the guidance we felt was good. Should re-name himself “Harry” – Harry Plotter.
Considering the age of the printer and the random nature of one of the broken components, I was stunned, nay, amazed the engineer had the parts in his car with him! Not something one is used to in this day and age without having to order components and wait for them. Outstanding!!
T790PS - Great printer, installed efficiently, reaping the benefits of quick printing and the ability to print logos, spreadsheets, Gantt charts. Would recommend this printer.

Great service! We were in a panic as to whether or not the machine could even be repaired but the engineer was both helpful and knowledgeable and had it working within a couple of hours.
I do not believe I could recommend any improvements, as none are required. The Engineer went out of his way to explain what was required and how he intended to do it. Extremely courteous and friendly, smart in appearance totally professional.
The prompt attendance of your service engineer after sending you the Purchase Order was very impressive. Also, his friendly, helpful manner and how he explained what was wrong and what he’d done to fix it was very good. Engineer, Norman, made contact and arranged the earliest suitable time for myself, to come on site. Yes, I was confident, to continue with my other work whilst the service took place, and was not disappointed. Plotter totally serviced and back running, within my timeframe.
What a great representative for your company the engineer was. Excellent communication, excellent knowledge & and all round great ambassador for the Company. I would not hesitate to use Resolution in the future should my printer develop a fault. After having my fingers ( & wallet) burned previously by a so called HP engineer, understandably I was reticent about having to contact a service provider again, but as it transpired, my hesitation was unfounded, once I dealt with a reputable and professional company. I have given a 4 for the time taken to resolve my problem for the only point that it took 2 visits to resolve. Having said that the problem I was experiencing was something that "HP Support?"had not dealt with- or even followed the support ticket up, by a call back.

As a 1st line IT Support provider to many SMEs within the UK, we are presented with a huge variety of IT support problems, the vast majority of which we have the abilities to resolve using our internal support personnel. However, when we can’t fix an HP hardware problem, be it with a Laserjet printer or a Designjet plotter, we turn to Resolution (GB) who give a fast, reliable service to our clients so they get seamless fault resolution. When we are asked to specify printers and plotters we always choose HP because of the excellent quality of the equipment (we still have 8-10 year old printers out in the field) and depth of 1st line support available from HP. Having Resolution (GB) to perform 2nd line hardware fixes when all else fails allows us to feel more comfortable that the end-user is getting the best possible reliability over the life of the printer or plotter.
