We have sub-contracted HP Designjet repairs in England to Resolution for the past 7 years and have found them to be very efficient and professional in all aspects of the call process. Their staff are pleasant and extremely helpful, updating our company and our customer at every stage, and this is shown in the fact that we have never had a complaint from any of our customers about the service Resolution provide.

As a 1st line IT Support provider to many SMEs within the UK, we are presented with a huge variety of IT support problems, the vast majority of which we have the abilities to resolve using our internal support personnel. However, when we can’t fix an HP hardware problem, be it with a Laserjet printer or a Designjet plotter, we turn to Resolution (GB) who give a fast, reliable service to our clients so they get seamless fault resolution. When we are asked to specify printers and plotters we always choose HP because of the excellent quality of the equipment (we still have 8-10 year old printers out in the field) and depth of 1st line support available from HP. Having Resolution (GB) to perform 2nd line hardware fixes when all else fails allows us to feel more comfortable that the end-user is getting the best possible reliability over the life of the printer or plotter.
