How much do you charge for consumable deliveries?

We charge £6.99+VAT regardless of the size of order, per shipment for a standard next working day delivery

Your order will be despatched via courier on a standard 'next working day' delivery
We also offer timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries if preferred - please contact us for more details/prices

Cut off time for ordering?

Please place your order before 4pm to ensure same day pick/despatch and next working day delivery.  Our phones divert to answering machine at 5pm although we will often be working until 5:30pm if you wish to email us.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

If you organised a standard next day delivery you can receive your order anytime up to 5:30pm.  Our couriers, Citylink, are unable (and unwilling) to provide tracking prior to 4:30pm for these orders so if you call us before this time we will be unable to action your request immediately. If there is obviously a problem with your delivery, and your delivery time has been and gone, then please contact us immediately so that we can take fast action, simply call us on 01256 783390 or email consumables@hpplotter.co.uk

The wrong goods have arrived

Apologies. Please contact us immediately if there are any problems. In the meantime, do not open or damage the packaging in any way, as all returned goods need to be in new, unopened, resaleable condition in order for us to accept a return. We will arrange a collection (at cost to us) and despatch a replacement as soon as possible.

I think my goods are defective

Please contact us immediately. All goods sold carry the manufacturers full warranty and we will organise a replacement for you as quickly as possible. In the meantime we will contact you in order to coordinate collection of the goods and delivery of the replacement goods
