Spare Parts orders

Do you supply spare-parts only?

Yes - you can buy spare parts (please visit our shop) and then fit them yourself - or alternatively you can request a repair estimate so that our engineer can fit the parts for you, while carrying out a full service/clean/inspection/recalibration of your Designjet. The advantage to using our engineer is that where a fault code relates to a number of possible parts, you'll only pay for those parts required to resolve the fault - since the engineer will remove all unused parts from site, which you will not be billed for

Can I have a discount if I order more than 1 part?

Yes, if you order five (or more) of a particular part number, then we will apply discounted pricing

How quickly can you deliver?

Most parts are in stock and can be delivered by Next Business Day. You can also pay for a timed delivery (pre 10:30 or pre 12:00) or a Saturday pre 1pm delivery

Can I collect the part from you?

We usually stock parts in Oakley and ship out directly through HP Distribution in Basingstoke, Nottingham and Reading. You can contact us on 01256 783390 and collect from our Oakley stores only

I didn't order this part - you've shipped out the wrong part

Apologies. Please contact us immediately if there are any problems. In the meantime, do not open or damage the packaging in any way, as all returned goods need to be in new, unopened, resaleable condition in order for us to accept a return. We will arrange a collection (at cost to us) and despatch a replacement as soon as possible.

I think the part that I ordered is defective

Please contact us immediately. All goods sold carry the manufacturers full warranty and we will organise a replacement for you as quickly as possible. In the meantime we will contact you in order to coordinate collection of the goods and delivery of the replacement goods
