I have just placed an order online - but something has gone wrong!

Please call us on 01256 783390 for immediate assistance. 

I've just ordered the wrong item online?

Please let us know within 5 minutes so that we have time to halt the order and get the correct item despatched to you. 

Can I add something else to my order?

Please let us know within 5 minutes so that we have time to adjust your order for you so that you have one delivery charge and all items can be despatched together. 

My order hasn't arrived yet - it was due here today?

If you organised a standard next day delivery you can receive your order anytime up to 5:30pm.  Our couriers, Citylink, are unable (and unwilling) to provide tracking prior to 4:30pm for these orders so if you call us before this time we will be unable to action your request immediately. If there is obviously a problem with your delivery, and your delivery time has 'been and gone', then please contact us immediately so that we can take fast action. I've just realised I'm going to be out for the delivery

Don't worry - Citylink will leave you a calling card. Please follow the instructions on their card. They normally attempt to redeliver - or may request that you collect from their depot. It will be worth leaving a note on the door indicating if they can deliver 'next door'
